By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by and accept, in full and without reservation, all the Terms of Use. Although the Publisher makes its best efforts to ensure the availability of the Website servers and services, access can be temporarily suspended for technical or maintenance reasons, without prior notice.

Financière Amuse BidCo and Asmodee Canada control and operates this Website from its headquarters in France and in Canada.
If any portion of these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law to the greatest extent possible and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any cause of action that the User may have with respect to this Website must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Where the laws of France are different to the mandatory consumer laws in the User’s own country, we will afford the User with similar protection.
